PREPO

Prepo spent his life hospitalized at the Dr. Ricardo Gutiérrez Children’s Hospital. Due to congenital disorders he was hospitalized a few days after his birth. He underwent several surgeries in order to reconstruct his digestive system. After two and a half years, his parents gave him into judicial custody.

For two years I visited him every week in his hospital room, in the hospital square, in his daily activities. We played, took walks and celebrated birthdays together. He died in the hospital, at the age of six, on December 1, 2003.
